able to brew, as it was October we decided to make our beer that we had developed for the Oktoberfest season. Helmat Schmacker, a tan coloured, malty, fruity beer made with a high percentage of malts akin to the Bavarian style. It went down so well that we have decided to brew it again on our one year anniversary so watch out for it on a bar near you.
It has been fun and we have had such a great year, meeting some fantastic people particularly with our foray into the market and food & drink festival scene and at all our regional CAMRA branches.
We have some great ideas for the future and are looking forward to what the next year has to hold.
